DMCA Policy
Mixorygame respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a notice
Send a DMCA notice to dmca@mixorygame.com. A valid notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL on Mixorygame where the infringing material is located.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice at the same email address. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and, if no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, restore the material.
